Integra News Service
The Integra News Service is ideal for smaller clients who don’t want to pay for a full PR service but still want to get their news out professionally written to the right contacts.
The following steps describe how the service operates:-
STEP 1. Integra interviews the client and researches the news story
STEP 2. Integra finds an appropriate angle for the news item according to the target media / audience.
STEP 3. Integra drafts the press release, amends and clears with the client
STEP 4. Integra researches the media contacts for the distribution of the news
STEP 5. Integra issues the release to the media
STEP 6. Integra provides the client with both the release and the media list. This completes the contract.
STEP 7. The client is then responsible for the calls to the media contacts provided.
STEP 8. The client is responsible for any coverage cuttings search and gathering.
Charges for the News Service
Price is dependent on the number of people or organisations to be consulted in the production of the release.
Integra Communications charges £425 +vat if one client representative is involved in the production and sign-off. The charge rises to £525 +vat for three or more client representatives involved to allow for the additional sign-off time required.
The nature of the service requires full payment in advance.
